A real-time video interview means an interview conducted live via a video connection—that is, you and the interviewer are present at the same time, but in different locations.
To participate in a real-time video interview, you need a working internet connection and a computer or mobile device (smartphone or tablet). You don't need to upload any apps, the system will automatically forward you to your browser.

Please make sure that you have the latest version of your browser installed on your device.
You can access the video interview via the link you received from the interviewer (example below).
When you join the video interview, make sure you have given your browser permission to use the camera and microphone. Below you can see an example of the settings.
Once you have checked that everything is working, click the 'Knock' button. The interviewer will then receive a notification on their end and can let you into the interview.
