Yes, you can view the questions as soon as you have received the invitation to your interview.

You can access to your personal pre-recorded interview by clicking the "Submit your video responses" link in your invitation email. You can answer the questions straight away or just view the questions and record your answers later.

In case that you want to record your answers later, you may access the interview later via the same link in the invitation email.

If you have been invited to a timed video interview, you are not able to view the answers beforehand.
