If you have accidentally submitted a video answer and would like to record it again, please contact our support team by email at support(at)recright.com.
To remove a video answer, please include the following information in your message:
the email address to which the interview invitation was sent
which interview the request concerns
which specific answer you would like to have removed
Please note that answers can be removed only from standard video interviews.
Answers from timed video interviews cannot be deleted through the system. If you need to retake a timed video interview question due to technical issues, please contact the recruiter directly by replying to the original invitation email address.
After the Interview Deadline
If the interview deadline has already passed, we are unfortunately unable to make changes to the videos. In this case, we recommend contacting the recruitment team directly by replying to the original interview invitation email.
