The Scheduling tool helps you to arrange face-to-face interviews easily. If you want to meet a candidate in person, you can invite them to book a self-scheduled meeting through Recright.
You can find the Scheduling tool on Recright by opening the candidates information, and clicking 'Send message to candidate'.
Select the option 'Send Scheduled meeting invitation' and 'Continue'.
Select the interviewers who will attend the interview. You can choose several interviewers from the recruitment team. You can also add new team members at this stage, if needed.
Set your calendar availability by choosing the dates, the time frame and the length of the slots. If your calendar isn’t synchronized yet, please check our support article.
Once you have selected the interviewers and the time frame, you'll see what slots will be visible to the candidate. If you change the preset, remember to refresh availability by clicking "Refresh availability"- button.
If you want to select multiple time slots that are not consecutive, turn off the option ‘Allow the candidate to choose from all the available time slots in the selected time frame.’
After selecting your time slots, click "Continue".
Next, it’s time to send the invitation. You can personalize the invitation email here. Don’t forget to click "Send message" when you’re ready.
The candidate will receive an email with a link to the calendar to book the meeting.
After clicking the provided link, the candidate will be able to select a suitable day, and time for the meeting.
Once the time has been confirmed, candidate will receive a confirmation email with the link to the interview.
The meeting will be added automatically to your calendar. The meeting information is also visible on candidate's profile.
If there's a need to reschedule, just click "Reschedule meeting" or you can send the candidate a new invitation to schedule a meeting.
