  1. When a candidate sends their answers to video interview, their profile will be updated on the candidate listing page.

  2. Open the candidate’s profile to review detailed information:

    • Watch the candidate's videos.

    • View when candidate has last visited the interview

    • View/edit candidate details

    • Give star rating, add comments

    • Move to another stage

    • Introduce candidate to a colleague

    • Send messages

    • View action log

    • Delete candidate information

Comments & classifications

  • Comments: After viewing the videos, you can make notes for your colleagues in the field provided for comments.

  • Tags: You may also use tags to categorise the candidates, such as #interview or #Helsinki

  • Competencies: Additionally, you are able to rate the candidate’s competences from 1 to 5. There is a list of default competences as well as an option of adding your own.

  • Star rating: After you’ve seen the answers, in addition to comments, you can also give stars to the candidates.

You have the option to hide average ratings, and other users' comments until you've provided your own rating. This means that you can evaluate candidates without being influenced by others' opinions upfront.

This is a company level feature, and you can request this feature by contacting support@recright.com

Recruitment stages

Once the candidates have been evaluated, you can choose to move them further down the hiring process to keep yourself and your colleagues constantly up-to-date on your decisions concerning the candidate. You can find the drop-down menu at the bottom of the screen (as shown in the picture above)

  • Choose “Proceed” if you wish to continue the process with the chosen candidate

  • Choose “Personal Interview” to book a personal interview

  • Depending on the situation you can move the candidate to either “Hired”, “Rejected” or “Withdrawn” at any point during the application process.

These stages are the default ones in Recright, if needed, feel free to make necessary changes on the listing page by clicking "Edit Stages"

Just add new custom stage, and click Add- button. You can also change the stages order by dragging them. You can also add new stages at any point of the recruitment process.

Candidates can't see the comments, tags, stars or stages you give them. You can also delete or re-invite individual candidates, or ask extra questions through this page from Actions- menu.

You can easily navigate between candidates by clicking the "Next" and "Previous"- buttons.
