The video library is a place where you can store your video interview questions, enabling you to utilize the same videos for future recruitment projects.

You can find your personal Video Library by opening the Account Management and choosing 'Video Library'.

Your videos- section is your personal video library, and these videos are only visible for you.

Company videos are videos added by the company's admin user. These videos are visible for all users in the company. Please note that only company's admin user can add videos to company videos.

In the video library you can also edit individual videos' names and tags, and delete old videos. You can sort the videos by creation day or title.

Did you know that you can use tags to categorise the videos and use the search function to search videos with a specific tag? Categorisation is useful for quickly finding videos within the same category.

Just click the small pen to modify tags and names. You can delete the old video by clicking the small bin.


You can add videos to your video library by clicking "Create new video". You can either record a new video on the spot, or upload a new video from your device.

You can also add videos to your personal video library after you have recorded a video to a video interview. Click the heart icon to save the video.


How to add old videos to video library?

​If you wish to use videos that you have recorded in the previous interviews, open the interview on the admin page, and click 'Edit' and 'Edit interview'.
Scroll down the page to the videos, and click the heart icon to save it to video library.
