Video Library

The video library is a place where you can store your video interview questions, enabling you to use the same videos for future recruitment projects.

You can find your personal Video Library by opening the Account Management and choosing 'Video Library'.

  1. Your videos- section is your personal video library, and these videos are only visible for you.

  2. Company videos are videos added by the company's admin user. These videos are visible for all users in the company. Please note that only company's admin user can add videos to company videos.

    In the Video Library you can add, delete, and rename videos. You can organise videos into folders with tags, and sort the library by creation date or title.

  3. Videos can be organised into folders by adding tags to them. When you add a tag, the video is automatically placed in the folder associated with that tag.

    To delete folders, click the small bookmark icon and remove the red bookmark from the video. In this view, you can also create a new tag and move the video into a new folder.


You can add videos to your video library by clicking "Create new video". You can either record a new video on the spot, or upload a new video from your device.

You can also add videos to your personal video library after you have recorded a video to a video interview. Click the heart icon to save the video.


How to add old videos to the video library?

​If you wish to use videos that you have used in the previous interviews, open the interview on the admin page, and click 'Edit' and 'Edit interview'.
Scroll down the page to the videos, and click the heart icon to save it to video library.

If you’re an admin, you can add the video directly to the company collection by selecting “Company videos."
