Possible Reasons:

  1. Candidate has not sent video responses:

    • The candidate might not have submitted their video responses yet. Please confirm with the candidate if they have completed and sent their video responses.

      In Recright, the applicant's profile shows the applicant's status:

      Invited

      This means that the applicant has not yet visited the video interview site.

      Visited

      This shows the date and time when the applicant last opened the interview.

      Withdrawn

      The applicant has clicked the link in the email to indicate that they are no longer interested in the position.

      Completed

      The applicant has answered the questions and closed the interview. In some cases, the applicant might have closed the interview without submitting the videos.

  2. Integration Issues:

    • There might be an issue with the integration that is preventing the videos from displaying correctly.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Log in to Recright natively:

    • To determine if the issue is related to integration, log in to Recright directly through its native platform.

    • Check if the candidate videos are visible when accessing Recright directly.
