We have designed Onboarding tool to help organisations to streamline their onboarding/offboarding process for new/existing employees.
We at Recright are currently building an onboarding tool that follows the same design principles as Recright video interview platform;
Simple and easy-to-use UX.
Includes features for basic onboarding as well as for pre- and offboarding.
The product is currently under development and at MVP stage.
We have started a pilot program for interested customers.
Our current Onboarding setup includes the following;
Upload text/image materials and record videos (including screen shares and webcam recordings).
Possibility to create checklists, quizzes etc.
Possibility to create a track for the the current position.
Invite the new employee for onboarding.
Employee reads and watches the materials.
Follow through the progress of onboarding
