This article will briefly explain how to add a new employee to an onboarding track.
Click "Add new"
Click "Add new employee"
Fill in the information about the candidate
name, email, employment start date (mandatory)
uploading user image, job title (optional)
assign supervisor/supervisors
You can also add multiple employees by clicking the "Add multiple employees"- toggle. Just upload a CSV file to add all employees at once.
New employee can access the onboarding track without a password. However, if you wish, you can allow user to set a password.
Add stages for onboarding by clicking "Add stage".
Add a name to the stage (e.g. Onboarding for Sales Manager)
Start and end date of the onboarding
Choose a preset onboarding track
Add supervisor
Remember to save the stage
The employee, and the supervisor will receive an email to access the onboarding track. The supervisor will be notified via email once the track starts.
