There is a possibility to hide average ratings, and other users' comments until you've provided your own rating. This means that you can evaluate candidates without being influenced by others' opinions upfront.
This is a company level feature, and you can request this feature by contacting support@recright.com
In the current default setup (as demonstrated below), the hiring team can view all the comments, and ratings upfront.
