The organisation's admin user can set a default thank-you message for job applicants in the organisation settings. The job applicant will receive the thank-you message when they submit a job application through the Recright ATS system.

  1. Open Account Settings and select Organisation Settings.

  2. Open Email Templates and select job ad, job application completed/Thank you message for job ad applicant.

  3. Select the language for your template. The system will automatically use the template based on the language of the job advertisement.

  4. Give the email template a name. This name will not be visible to the applicant.

  5. Add a subject line to the email template. This subject line will appear as the email subject for the applicant.

  6. Edit the email template as you wish. Remember to save the template.

  7. You can add brand colours in Organisation Settings by selecting the Branding section.

  8. Below, you can see an example of the email sent to the applicant. The email will be sent from notifications@recright.com, with "notifications" as the sender name.
