To view captions, users must click the “CC” button on the video player—the captions do not appear automatically.
Subtitles are available to new video questions only.
The interview language setting determines the caption language. For example, if you set the interview language to English but ask questions in Finnish, the system may not recognize the spoken language correctly, and captions may not work as expected.
Below is an example of how the video interview appears from the candidate’s perspective. The candidate also needs to click the “CC” button (located at the bottom of the video player) to view the captions.
