In cases you want to introduce selected candidates to a colleague or customer, we recommend to use the 'Introduce'-function.
This is a useful function for recruitment consultants, or if HR wishes to perform the first qualification and present only the selected candidates to hiring managers.
Anyone receiving the introduction link does not need to create a user account on Recright to evaluate candidates.
The hiring manager will only see the selected candidates videos/information, and will not be able to make any changes to the video interview.
First, select the candidates you wish to introduce, and click "Introduce"- button (as shown in the picture below)
If your organisation allows introducing candidates through a direct link, you can choose between using email or the link. Select "Introduce with a link"
Select which information you wish to share about the candidate/s.
You can protect the introduction group with a passcode and share it.
Click "Create link" to get an individual link.
Send the link to your customer via email/the chosen channel.
The customer will access to selected information (e.g. below; name, email, video questions + answers)
