As an admin user, you have the permission to manage the company video library.
The videos saved to company video library are available for all Recright users in your organisation for future video interviews.
We recommend for you to record/upload example videos to the company video library as it might encourage others to use the platform as well.
You can also add an employer video to the company video library. We recommend to add the employer video in the beginning of every video interview and job ad.
You will find the Video library at Account management and by choosing Video library. There you can find Company videos- section, as demonstrated below.
You can add new videos to the video library by clicking "Create new video" and you can record a video right on the spot or upload a video from your device.
Did you know that you can use tags to categorise the videos and use the search function to search videos with a specific tag? Categorisation is useful for quickly finding videos within the same category.
Just click the small pen to modify tags and names. You can delete the old video by clicking the small bin.
How do I add videos I’ve previously recorded to the video library?
You can add a previously recorded video by opening the video interview, clicking on the 'Edit' button, and then selecting 'Edit interview.'
Scroll down to the interview questions and save the desired video by clicking the heart icon in the top right corner of the video. You can save the video to your personal video library, and if you have permission to edit the organization’s videos, you can also add the video to the organization’s library for everyone to use.
