Sign in with Google or Azure Active Directory

You can change the language from the settings (as demonstrated below):
You can view and modify the default competencies at anytime by clicking the "Competencies" button. The tool provides 12 competencies as a default.
The competencies are editable, just click the small "Edit"- icon as demonstrated below.
You can also create a new competency by clicking "Create Competency" In this view, you can define a new competency for your personalized framework.
Enter the name of the of the competency
Choose category
Add definition
Add behavioral indicators
Add proficiency levels
Select the language in which you would like to create the Interview Guide with (English, Finnish, Swedish)
Start by describing the role requirements which can be in any format you like. The system will walk you through the process to create a role description along the way.
Get started by adding items like:
Job ad
Job description
Job title
The system will open a discussion with AI-tool that helps you to build a full description, along with key outcomes, experience level, competencies, skills, as well as screening and interview plans.
Once you’re finished, click the “Finalize” button. The tool will provide tips, and you can either continue refining your content or have the system create a guide based on your current role description.
Once all the information is provided, the system will generate screening and interview questions. You can also edit the plans in this view or print them.
All your projects are saved to your dashboard, so you can access and continue to work on them anytime.
If you want to use your interview guides as a preset for live video interviews, you can add them manually in Recright. Go to the “Live Interviews” section and click “Create New Interview Guide". Soon you’ll be able to transfer interview guides directly to Recright with no manual work. Stay tuned!
