After the interview round, you can review an AI-generated summary of the interview. The platform provides key information to help you efficiently review and analyse the interview. The AI generated summary can only be generated once the interview has been recorded.
When you open a candidate’s profile in Recright, you can view the following information:
The candidate’s name and email address
The date and time of the interview
The interviewers
The interview guide used
The interview transcript
The interview recording
Log data
Evaluation comments and tags
To view the AI-generated summary, click the “Continue evaluation” button located at the bottom of the page.
On the platform, you can review the interview by different sections. You can navigate between sections by clicking their headings.
You can also add your own notes if you wish. For each section, the AI generates summaries, notes, and insights.
Evaluate each section in the Evaluation- view.
You can view the interview transcript under “Interview transcript.”
Please note that transcripts are displayed in the language originally selected for the interview.
The recording of the interview can be viewed under “Interview recording.”
You can review your own notes taken during the interview under “Interview notes.” You can also add evaluation-related notes alongside them.
At the bottom of the page, you will find the AI-generated summary, AI-generated notes, and the evaluation. All information can be copied if needed. Each interview section includes its own notes, and you can move between sections by clicking “Go to next” or “Go to previous.”
You can also review interview insights by clicking the “Interview insights” button at the bottom of the page.
You will receive a brief statistical analysis showing:
The distribution of speaking time during the interview
Adherence to the schedule
How closely the interview guide was followed
You will also receive general feedback, as well as feedback for each individual section.
Once you have completed the evaluation, click “Finish the evaluation.”
Please note that you cannot return to this view once the evaluation has been finalised.
If you wish to return to the evaluation later, click “Continue later.” You will receive a link via email that allows you to return to the evaluation.
Once the evaluation for the candidate is complete, the candidate’s status will be updated in the candidate list.
When you reopen the candidate’s profile, you can review observations made by yourself, your colleagues, and the AI.
