After the live video interview, you will be able to view the AI-generated summary of the interview. On the site, you’ll find key information that allows you to review and analyze the interview efficiently.
The summary can only be created if the interview has been recorded.
You can view the interview transcript under “Interview Transcript.”
Please keep in mind that transcripts appear in the language originally selected for the interview.
The video interview recording can be rewatched under “Interview Recording.”
You can access the notes you made during the interview under “Interview Notes.”
At this stage, you can also add your own evaluation notes for each section of the interview. In addition, you can provide a general evaluation in the “Evaluation” field.
AI-generated notes can be found at the bottom of the page. Here you will find the summary, the AI-generated notes, and the AI’s evaluation. All information can be copied if needed. Each interview section has its own notes, and you can move to the next section by clicking the “Go to next” button.
When you are ready with the evaluation, you can click “Finalize and submit evaluation.”
If you want to return to the evaluation later, click the “Continue later” button. You will then receive an email with a link that will take you back to the evaluation view.
You can go back to the interview details by opening the project again in Recright. You can check when the interview took place, who participated, and which interview guide was used.
This view also provides links to both the interview transcript and the recording.
In addition, you’ll find notes and assessments made between the different sections. You can also add further notes and classifications directly within this view.
You can also view comparisons between the evaluations of different interviewers and the AI assistant.
