How to add a video interview phase in Recright ATS

  1. If your organisation uses video interviews, you can easily add a video interview stage to the recruitment process. This can be done by clicking the “Video Interview” button on the recruitment stages row.

  2. The system automatically fills in the interview title, location, and language. Set a deadline by which applicants must complete the video interview.

    You can add video questions in four different ways:

    • Record a question on spot by clicking 'Click to record a question'- button.

    • Upload an existing video from your device by clicking “Upload”.

    • Select a previously recorded question from the video library. Choose “Select from library” and then click “Add videos”.

    • Add a text-based question instead of a video by clicking “Text question”, write your question, and confirm by clicking “Add”.

  3. When the video interview is ready, you can easily invite applicants to participate. Select the applicants by clicking the small checkbox as shown in the picture below, then click “Move to another stage.” Choose “Video interview” and click “Move.”

  4. After this, you can check/edit invitation email and confirm to send the message.


  5. You can edit the video interview by clicking 'Edit interview'. Note that you can edit the video interview only if you haven't yet sent invitations.

  6. When candidate has responded to the video interview, candidates picture will appear in candidate's profile.
