Evaluation Criteria for Screening Questions

If your organisation has enabled AI features in Recright, you can add evaluation criteria for each screening question to get AI generated insights for each answer. Evaluation criteria is available for regular and timed video interviews.

This evaluation criteria answers the question: How do I know that the candidate's answer is good?

Here's some examples of evaluation criterias:

  1. Motivation and Role Fit

    Question:
    Why are you interested in this role and our company?
    Evaluation criteria:

    • Clear motivation stated

    • Company researched

    • Role understanding shown

    • Specific reasons given

  2. Relevant Experience for the role

    Question:
    Describe your most relevant experience for this position

    Evaluation criteria:

    • Directly relevant examples

    • Measurable outcomes mentioned

    • Responsibilities clearly explained

    • Matches job requirements

  3. Problem Solving

    Question:
    Tell me about a difficult problem you solved at work

    Evaluation criteria:

    • Problem clearly defined

    • Structured approach described

    • Personal contribution evident

    • Result demonstrated
