Also, sometimes closing the browser and re-visiting the interview page solves the problem.
Decrease the resolution of the videos
If you have problems with transferring the files, we recommend you to decrease the resolution of the video from your mobile device. This is possible with Android devices, and with IOS devices with required application. When uploaded into the interview, the videos will be shrunk to resolution 320*240, so we suggest you try to use a resolution as close as possible (to 320*240).
Google Drive or Dropbox sharing
It is possible to share your videos with us with Google Drive or Dropbox. Share them with email support(at)recright.com . Remember to name the files clearly and inform us in which interview and which questions the videos belong to.
When sharing the videos, please share the videos or folder through a public link instead of sending it directly.
