Please try the following fixes:
- Restart your computer
- Refresh the page
- Try with another browser (different Windows browsers can have different Flash versions)
- Install Chrome-browser or Firefox and use it for answering the interview
- If possible, try using another computer or mobile device to answer the interview?
- Update your camera drivers
Record and submit your videos one by one
If you have problems with saving your replies, try recording and submitting one video at a time, and then move on to the next reply. This will save your browser's memory and the interview page doesn't get laggy, even with less powerful computers.
You can also record your answers to your device / computer. Easiest way to deliver big video files to us, is to share your videos with us through Google Drive or Dropbox. Share your answers with the email address support(at)recright.com . Remember to name the files clearly and inform us which interview and questions the videos belong to. You may name your answer with the title of the question or by number(1,2,3...).
When sharing your videos, please share the videos or folder through a public link instead of sending it directly.
