Please try the following fixes:
- Shutdown your computer for 5 seconds
- Try with another browser (different Windows browsers can have a different Flash-version)
- Install Chrome-browser and use it for answering the interview
- If possible, try using another computer to answer the interview
- Update your audio and camera drivers
You can also record answers to your device and after that contact us. Easiest way to deliver big video files to us, is through Google Drive or Dropbox.
