Try following fixes:
- Shutdown your computer for 5 seconds
- Try with another browser (with Windows different browsers can have different Flash-version)
- Install Chrome-browser and use it for answering
- Can you use another computer to answer to the interview?
- Update your audio and camera drivers
You can record answers to your device and after that contact us. Easiest way to deliver us big video files is through Google Drive or Dropbox.
