If you still can’t hear sound from the recordings you’ve made, the problem is most likely in the Flash browser add-on that RecRight uses. Modern and up-to-date browsers, like Internet Explorer Edge, Chrome and Firefox doesn't use Flash. Older Internet Explorer browsers and Safari require the Flash browser add-on.

- Right-click on the camera screen
- Choose settings
- Click on the Microphone image
- Can you see a microphone in the Microphones list?
- Is the volume set to fairly high? If not, please do so.
