You can create interview questions in three different ways: by recording a video question, by writing a text question that will be replied on video or by selecting saved video questions among favorites.
The usual way to create a video interview is to save your own questions for each interview. It’s a good idea to make one introductory video and three question videos. You can of course have as many questions as you like. Make the introductory video carefully: introduce yourself, say something about the questions and ask the candidates to give brief answers, preferably no longer than one minute each. Best videos are usually short and sweet, so only ask one question per video. You might finally want to thank the candidates for their answers and explain how the application process is going to progress. This way, the candidates will know that someone is going to contact them later.
You can add, delete or organize videos until you've sent the first invitation. Remember to name the videos so that the candidates will remember which question they are answering.
