If the testing phase keeps failing you can try the following steps.
When network test fails:
- Click “Test again”-button.
- Restart the browser.
- Restart the device.
- If you are using wireless network try to get better signal. If you are using Wi-Fi network please move closer to the device. If you are using cellular phone network please try to go near windows.
- Try with another device. Please close the browser window in the previous device.
When quality test fails:
- Confirm that your device has camera and microphone.
- Confirm that you have give permission for RecRight to access the camera and microphone.
- Please speak during the testing so the test can measure the audio quality.
- Make sure you can see the video stream and you are in well-lit space.
- Try with another device. Please close the browser window in the previous device.
