Counter is counting backwards or there's no time counter in the video

If the time counter is counting backwards in the video recorder in your timed interview, or you don't see the time counter while recording, you can try the following steps:

  1. Refresh the page.

  2. Restart the browser.

  3. Restart the device.

  4. Try with a different browser. Please make sure the other browser's window is closed.

  5. Try with a different device. Please make sure the browser window in the other device is closed.
