Video is not loading into interview

  1. Are you using a mobile network or a Wi-Fi connection?

    Make sure your internet connection is working. The connection may drop while uploading large video files. For this reason, we recommend using a Wi-Fi connection.

  2. Are you using the latest version of your browser?

    Ensure that you are using the latest version of your browser. If the video does not load in your browser, you can try another browser. The system works with the following browsers depending on the device: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. Please check which browser works on your device (you can find this information in the invitation message).

  3. Clear your browser cache and restart your device


    Try clearing your browser cache and restarting your device.

  4. Background Image


    If you are recording on a Windows device, the issue may be resolved by using a background image when answering video interview questions.

  5. Lower the video resolution

    It is possible to reduce the video size on Android devices, which allows the file to upload more smoothly. The final resolution is 320×240, so choose a resolution close to this. On iOS devices, this is possible through a separate application.

  6. Google Drive Sharing


    If you are unable to send files through our service, you can share them with us via Google Drive, so we can upload the videos to the video interview on your behalf.

    • When sharing the videos, please share the videos or folder through a public link.

    • Remember to name the files clearly and inform us which interview and questions the videos belong to. Great way to name your videos, is either by the question title or by numbers (1,2,3...)

    • Please note that we can only accept videos for regular video interviews (not timed video interviews)
