If the device you are using has low memory, this error message may occur. The issue can be resolved by deleting files from your device.
In case you have sufficient memory on your device, try clearing the browser's cache memory. Restart your browser/device or try to open the video interview in another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) to record your answers.
