With our Recright integration, it takes just a simple click to invite candidates to record a video interview.
If the integration isn’t enabled in your account yet, please follow the instructions under Setting up the integration first.
Inviting candidates to a video interview
In your candidate view, select "Send Recright test" from the "More" menu.
In the pop-up window, select the interview you want.
(You create the interview by logging into your Recright account first)
Once the invite has been sent, you'll find the Recright section below the CV section in the candidate's information. The badge indicates the candidate's status: Yellow clock icon when the candidate has not completed the interview yet, and a green icon when they have.
Setting up the integration
To enable this integration, follow the steps below. Your role within Recruitee needs to have access to the integrations settings in order to do this.
Prerequisites: You'll need a Recright account and an API key to connect RecRight to Recruitee. Please contact Recright support for details: Recright Support .
Go to Settings > Apps and plugins > Integrations and choose Integrate now for Recright.
Accept the terms and conditions
Enter the API key provided to you by Recright support
Recruitee and RecRight are now connected. Under Manage you can select who is able to view and send invites to Recright video interviews. You can also remove the integration via Recruitee under Manage.
What personal data does Recruitee send to Recright?
Candidate’s first name, last name, and email address.
Note: Recruitee does not save any personal data from Recright.
