Only a selected group of candidates is usually invited to a video interview. However, sometimes you may want to create a public interview. You can convert a video interview to public through 'Publishing settings'.

You will then receive a link which will allow anyone interested to participate in the video interview. The link can be distributed through social media, in connection with a job-ad or on your company’s career site.

You can also directly embed a video interview in a job-ad. In such a case, create a video interview containing only one video. You can embed the interview by clicking the 'Create embed code'-button and copying the generated html code. Paste it on the website where you want the candidates to see and answer the question.
