Sound is missing from candidates video answers

When a candidate's video answers lack sound, it's typically due to an issue with the microphone. Several reasons could account for this, such as a malfunctioning Bluetooth connection, the candidate not granting permission for the website to access the microphone, or potential conversion errors.

In such cases, there are two available options:

  1. You can delete the candidate in Recright and send them a new invitation.

  2. Contact Recright's Support team for assistance. Our team can remove the previous answers from the candidate, allowing them to use the same link to re-record their video responses.
