You can customise the onboarding process for each position by creating different tracks. Here's a short introduction how to create an onboarding for employees.

  1. Add materials

Consider the position, and what type of material is relevant, and add the materials to your onboarding track by clicking "Add new". Select the materials you would like to add to your onboarding track.

You can find more information about different materials here.

  2. Create a track

Start by clicking "Add new" and choose "Add new track"

An onboarding track is a process designed to help new employees get acquainted with organisations policies. You can create different onboarding tracks e.g. for summer employees, or marketing/customer service/executive positions.

Onboarding track can include tutorials, training sessions, and introductions to company policies, culture, and team members, helping them integrate smoothly into the organisation. Each track can be customised for each position.

You can find more detailed information about tracks here.

  3. Add the employees

Add the onboardees by clicking "Add new" and "Add employee"

Fill in the name, email, employment start date, job title, and assign supervisors.

You can also add multiple employees by clicking the "Add multiple employees" toggle. CSV- files are accepted.

  4. Add stage by clicking "Add stage"

Stage refers to the different stages that new employees go through when they first join a company.

Fill in the mandatory fields (the name of the stage, start and end date, choose the onboarding track, and stage supervisor)

You can see examples of stages below:
