To customize the sender name and email address for invitation emails, follow these steps:

  1. Click "Edit" and then "Edit email settings" to adjust the sender name and reply-to email address for invitations.

  2. Use a name such as "Company Recruiters" or the hiring manager’s name for clarity.
    Edit the email address where candidate responses will be received.
    ​Make sure to save your changes.


  3. You can review and modify these contact details for each position before sending invitations.


  4. Admin user can add default sender/reply email in organisation settings.
