If your company has online video interviews enabled, you can invite a candidate to 1-2-1 interview directly via Talentadore.
Open candidate profile in Talentadore.
Select 'Step actions' and 'Schedule online interview'
Start by adding time slots for the candidate to choose from, and click 'Insert link'
Go back to candidate's profile, and you can send the invitation email for an online interview. If neede, you can edit the invitation message in this view.
Candidate will receive an invitation email and a link to select the interview time.
Here's an example of the confirmation email the candidate receives. The admin user is able to modify the message template in Talentadore's company settings.
Interviewer will also receive a notification via email.
Candidate can join the interview via the link provided in the confirmation email.
Interviewer can join the interview by opening candidate's profile and selecting 'Online interviews'- section. Click 'Join online interview'
You can also invite several candidates at once. Select the candidates you want to invite to an online video interview and click 'Move to another step'
Change the step by clicking Face-to Face interview- button.
Select "Change step and schedule online interview"
Click "Select interview slots"
Start by selecting any time slot. This will open a new window.
Select date & time
Select duration of the meeting.
Add number of consecutive times
Add interval between interviews (in minutes for a break)
Click 'Add'
After this, your calendar in Talentadore has been updated. Click 'Select slots'
Selected slots have been updated and you can send the invitation by clicking 'Continue'
A new window opens to send a message to the candidate. You can also edit the invitation in this view. Click 'Send'.
Candidates will receive an email to book an online interview.
Candidates might request a new time for the interview. You can reschedule by clicking 'Step actions' and 'Reschedule online interview'
