Recright allows you to send personalised video messages to candidates, which is a great way to elevate your candidate experience.
For example, you can use it to send tailored messages to candidates advancing to the next round, keep applicants updated if the hiring process is delayed, or to deliver a thoughtful rejection to those who aren't.
The video message option is easy to find whenever you compose a message to a candidate.
Here's how it works:
Start by selecting the candidate (or candidates) you want to message and click "Send message"
You can choose either "Send video message" or "Select from library"
Send video message: Record a new video on the spot or upload a file from your device
Select from library: Choose a pre-saved video from your personal or organisation-wide library.
If you choose "Send video message," you can record your video on the spot.
You can also decide whether you want candidates to reply with a video of their own, and even apply a background—just like when recording a standard video interview question.
Alternatively, you can use this view to upload a video file directly from your device.
If you want to reuse an existing video, simply choose "Select from library."
Once you confirm and send the video message, the candidate(s) will receive a link to view it.
If you enabled the reply option and a candidate responds, you will be able to view their video response directly on their profile.
