Hiring teams can set individual deadlines for video screening projects, giving each invited candidate their own timeframe to complete the interview.
The deadline can be set on the video screening edit page in "Days to submit answers" section. Note that hiring teams cannot reset individual deadlines yet, however, this functionality is planned for an upcoming release.
If the field is left empty, there will be no individual deadline, and the video screening deadline works as before.
If the screening ends before the candidate’s individual deadline, the screening end time will take priority.
The candidate specific deadlines work only for invited candidates, and not for application phase embedded interviews or public interviews.
The candidate will receive an invitation email which states the deadline, and this also applied when using a customised template.
The deadline will be visible in candidates profile in candidate listing.
If the deadline has passed, and the candidate has not answered, the deadline status will update to "Deadline has passed"
