Overview:
In LAURA, you have the option to include a video question or multiple video questions as part of your recruitment process.
During the application-stage video interview, applicants can upload their videos.

Ensure that your organization has an active subscription with Recright.
If your organization is not yet using the video feature, please contact LAURA.
Request that LAURA Recruitment activates the form so you can use a video question during the application stage.

How to add a video question to a job posting?
You can add one or more video questions to a job posting by clicking “Add video question to the form.”
Please note: To add multiple video questions, your organization must have this setting enabled in Recright.
After this, the site will open in a new window in Recright. Check the information, add your video question, and click “Save.” This will save the video question for your job ad.
By default, the site shows the question “Introduce yourself via video,” but you can freely modify the question.
You can customize the question with your company’s brand colors. The main administrator of your company can edit the branding settings. More information is available on our support page.
When an applicant submits a job application, you can find their video application under “Videos.”
When searching for video responses, use the keyword “interview video” as a search criterion.
If transcripts and summaries are enabled for your organisation, they will appear below the video.
